 Before you call the Pelham Police station please check the Information Links below to see if your OHRV question can be answered there. The Pelham Police Department strongly enforces all OHRV laws and encourages every rider to think safety first.

You can ride on trails that are clearly posted open for wheeled recreational vehicles OR on land where YOU have received written landowner permission to ride! 

 There are no state operated trails in the Town of Pelham. If you want to ride in Pelham you must have written landowner permission, and have it on you person when you ride. OHRV use is prohibited on all town property including the town's parks.

 Officers from the Pelham Police Department and NH Fish & Game patrol these parks regularly. Please make yourself familiar with the New Hampshire OHRV laws before you ride and be safe.
